16" Laptop for AIM

16" Laptop for AIM
I presently have a 13" MBP that I use in bootcamp for AIM. After looking at larger PC screens I have concluded the 13" screen is too small to easily read graphs and data.
The screen on the MBP seems brighter than any PC laptops I've seen, which is useful at the track.
Is there a mid priced PC laptop with a bright screen and reasonable battery life?

I bought the last model of the 16” MBP with an Intel Core i9 just for this purpose.
Just did a quick scan of Refirbished on the Apple Store App. Only Intel refurbs are the Mac Pro.

The software doesn't take a lot of power, but adding lots of data and video take up hd space. I would say get a decent computer, lots of memory, and try to find a bright screen. A 15" Surface Laptop 5 might be a reasonable choice. Lots of people go Dell Latitude as well.

Amazon has a quite a few listed--no idea on the quality of the refurb but they could be an option.

I’ve had quite a few folks buy larger HP’s to use at the track. SD card slot, bright screen, good storage.
Would recommend metal cases instead of plastic, not uncommon to take a spill at the track. I can tell you where every dent happened on most of my laptops!
