Is my AiM Solo 2 DL CAN connection causing sound problems?
I connected an AiM Solo 2 DL to the CAN bus wires passing next to the fuse box of my 997.2 GT3 RS. Data acquisition works perfectly but I can not hear any sound from the car's radio or CD player. Funny thing is that on my way to the track to test the Solo 2 I could listen to music but when returning home there was no sound. Now, a few weeks later I still don't get any sound from the PCM.
Have you ever heard about this kind of fault? Not sure if it's a coincidence...

I've never heard of anything like that. The easy test is to disconnect the 7 pin connector on the S2DL. I'm guessing it's a coincidence.

I was asking because apparently, the PCM can be sensitive to errors elsewhere in the system. But it could well be a coincidence...
