i had to load a new laptop. wanted to a) find the config on the old one and copy them to new machine, new folder, and then have new RS3 also look to that folder.

RS3 handles them. The easiest way is to export the profile from the old system and then import it on the new one. When you export, you can pick the location.

i actually found it, its in the Aim_Sport\rs3\user\cfg folder
just my two cents, since they let you specific a directory for downloads, they shoudl do the same for configs, profiles, sensors ..
me personally, i like to run a backup when im hooked up to the lan now and then, and would be nice if it were all within one directory structure.
