If you're looking for native Mac OS data analysis app, there is only one. One other data/video system uses iOS well, natively.
Racelogic's Video VBOX with their Circuit Tools 2 and Video VBOX Setup app is what a fair number of people are using natively with their Apple hardware.
Race Navigator from Germany has a great iOS app, but supply and support in North America is nearly non-existent.
For basic stuff, Apex Pro works in iOS.
A generic analysis app, TrackAttack.io, works natively in Mac OS with a variety of hardware files generated by AiM, MoTeC, VBOX and iRacing.

I was.talking to a iOS user last night and they had a good thought and method I hadn't thought of. They use the memory card adapter with their MXP so they avoid all the WiFi and USB problems associated with Windows running on a iOS device. They just pop the SD card in the computer and download from there.

Mac OS (computer) and iOS (iPhone or iPad) are two different operating systems.
Mac OS uses virtualization or Boot Camp (natively) to run Windows programs.
iOS doesn’t have that capability because it’s locked down even more than Mac OS.
To watch videos on an iOS device, you can download the video to an iPad using the SD card adapter and import into the device library, then watch it on the device.
There is no information or program capable of displaying that information from an MXP dash on an iOS device, let alone on a Mac OS device.
That said, multi car team post-session video streaming from a DNLA compatible server through WiFi to an iOS device works great, and has for several years.
For data to a Mac OS device, WiFi works fine, either virtualized or under Boot Camp.
No, no RSA or RS3A functions available on iOS or Mac OS devices. Yet...

What I was saying was that for people who have WiFi or connection problems, they can use a memory module and an SD card to get their DATA (not video as you talked about) into RS3 on their MAC.
I think it's been long understood that video isn't a problem.
As to it's coming, I saw what was done a year ago in Italy. Domani.

Getting back to iOS compatible apps for data and/or data and video auto-synced. Apex Pro works great with an iPad using their iOS app.
Apex Pro is introducing in-app video to their analysis capabilities for those subscribers of Apex Pro's enhanced Lap Timer Plus app.
You can also use a VBOX HD2 or VBOX Lite SD card to get synced data and video to display on an iPad with the iOS version of the Circuit Tools 2 using just an SD card dongle.
Workflow is to put the SD card into the card reader, copy files to iPad via Files App, tap the VBO file you want to see in Files on the iPad, open in Circuit Tools 2 iOS app. Of course, video is easy, too.
There are other iOS app based tools like RacePak's CL1 and CL2 and there are a lot of folks using the Porsche Precision Track App as well as Harry's.

Apex Pro hasn't announced it yet on their own ( only after.other people have mentioned it). No ETA that I have seen/heard/been told.

You missed the point. There are lots of Mac/Apple/whatever people that have WiFi and USB driver problems. I'm pretty sure we can even find a thread or two about it with you in it....

MacOS not iOS. The memory card adaptor certainly makes RS3 under VMware much more usable. I've got the memory card module next to the smartycam, so I just pull out 2 cards when I want to download data (one from the SCHD and one from the memory module).
