Default Custom AiM Wiring Harness

I'm pleased to be able to offer custom AiM wiring harnesses. For many people the standard 37 pin and 22 pin expansion harnesses work fine, but there is an increasing number of people who are either building multiples of the same car, have special requirements, or want to eliminate patch cables. With the AiM PDM32 being released https://aim-sportline.com/en/product...dm08/index.htm there will be a larger number of people needing motorsport quality harnesses for their application.

These harnesses will be made with proper service loops, Kapton tape, shrink boots, shrink tubing, labels, RT125 (like potting compound), and more. These have stood the test of the Baja races, road racing, offroad UTV races, and more. Prices vary due to the large variance in people's requirements, but if anyone is interested, reach out to me at matt@trailbrake.net. I have a few different things going now and can get people into the que.

Good for you.. Definitively a service underserved in the market. I really enjoy making these as a hobby, but it's certainly not a task for most folks at the level you describe.

good luck!

Robbie and Cameron are real artist and I'm proud they let me work with them on providing the best solutions AiM has to offer. At PRI we went through a lot of options, checked out the amazing clear harness that Cameron built, and planned for some things. We were designing and configuring up a harness for a builder today. Custom lengths, connectors, and more!

Great video! If people are interested, I have lots of photos to show the details and options available.

Is this an Aim only thing or can you do other systems like Motec?

AiM only. MoTeC does custom harnesses along with a few others for their systems.

Edit: I PM'ed you some MoTeC sources.
