Apple for Aim
I use an Apple MBA everyday as my "carry computer". I had a PC for the track but need to replace it. I really don't want two computers to take care of. Can I use the Apple for AIM?

Simple answer, not in Apple OS.
I’m on my seventh MacBook Air (love em) for one of three daily-use-at-the-track laptops, and I’ve run Windows under boot camp from the beginning (2006 with the first Intel MacBook Pro). LOVE it!
But, fully 20% of my AiM clients use Parallels primarily (or VMWare) to run Windows just for AIM on their Apple hardware.
It works fine.
