This is a TSD rally with 100 - 150 cars expected and is hosted by the Triad Austin Healy Club.

Anybody interested in joining us?

The photos on the Triad page made me homesick. I sure miss those winding roads.
My brother and I competed in a rally with the Wilderness Trail PCA in our street prepped autox MGB. The odometer was off because we were running race slicks, not the 80 series tires. We gave up and made it a fun-run. We came in behind a van of church members!
Good luck and take pics!

My speedo is 5% fast, which has kept me out of the TSD rallyes. Now I know there is a calibration leg, but then you spend all your time adjusting speed and milage instead of concentrating on directions. With the purchase of a Garmin GPS system, I'm hoping this will solve the speed and distance problem.
Last year, we ran gimmick rallyes with me driving and Becca navigating. This time we are going to swap places. Becca's drivng skills are on par with mine, but I'm better at numbers and deciphering clues.
