Question Condition leather dash, or not?

I'm curious to know if fellow Porsche owners with leather dashboards condition them. I am hesitant after having a mid '80s BMW, treating the dash with Armorall seemed to attract sunlight and eventually crack.

My dash is looking pretty dry compared to my conditioned seats.

Thoughts,...opinions?

Leather dashes are quite rare, so I'd condition the heck out of it. I wouldn't use Armorall on anything, but try www.carcareonline.com for leather recommendations.

Treat the dash as you would the seats. P.S. Throw the Armorall in the garbage and use a quality leather conditioner.

hi to ya. i have a leather dash in my 1984 911 3.2 and i have only seen about two other 911s with them. some people say that a lot of high end spec had them but hardly any carreras did.

i use auto glym leather care ( i'm in the uk) but have recently used a product called ps21, which i think is from the usa.

good luck
steve

ps what year / model is yours.
