Gloss black nose piece showing dull areas
The entire nose surrounding the grill on my 06 Cayenne is plastic (gloss black) and its showing dull areas along the seam with the hood, as if oxidized. Mild polish isn't correcting it. Any suggestions? I don't want to make matters worse by getting too aggressive with it.

My grey 04 cayenne has the same thing. The clear coat on mine is totally done in those spots. I used my rotary to try and smooth it out and immediately the pad was picking up color coat.
I think a respray is the only real solution.
