Hello I am new to the discussion group as I am planning a new V6 build for 1Q13. It appears there is wealth of leather care knowledge out there as I work my way through the threads. There also seems, as would be expected, diverging opinions on the specifics of conditioning, cleaning and protecting. There is a thread of continuity on the need to properly care for your investment or "baby," as it were, and I certainly agree. In fact that is half the fun of ownership. I am ordering the espresso/cognac natural leather option with the leather interior. "Full leather" I believe I have heard it called. Well now for my question. I want to prepare the interior leather prior to regular use. What are your suggestions to protect the seats from soiling? The leather Dash from drying, fading etc, from the sun? Your thoughts and guidance please.
