Default Help.Paint on paint

Hi,
I guess there was some green paint on the road and I drove over it.
Now there is paint from wheel to wheel on the running board.
Tried tar remover and everything one would have in the garage.
Any ideas? I appears to be a hard enamal as you can pick it off a bit.
Thanks
Rod

Try clay and see if that works.
