Someone used an arc grinder near a car I bought and there are small metal particles stuck to some of the paint that have rusted. Ive tried cleaner wax and clay bar but the bigger pieces are not off. Any suggestions that I can try at home? Otherwise its off to my paint guy. Thanks

Try Iron X, it's specifically designed to remove small iron particles. I've used it successfully to remove deposits which typically build up on paint.
