All the work is in the prep... pressure washer with flexible wand to get in the angles, Wurth citrus degreaser, and then jacking up the car, removing the wheels etc..
One or two coats of that degreaser which is cool for rubber bits and pieces and doesn't harm the paint, and pressure wash 21 years of crap away in no time.

Cosmoline comes right off. I have found that either the Gunk Citrus Engine Brite or preferrably the Wurth Citrus Degreaser is the best... With the Wurth you spray it on and it goes right to work, the grime and cosmoline almost absorb it. I saturate it once, then again, and there is almost no dripping on driveway, it just grabs on , then I have a lower pressure Karcher pressure washer, and they have a Flexible nozzle that I order so I can twist it all around to get up and in the places I can't see. The crap just comes of in globs... really fun once you get into it.

Wow, looks awesome! What a unique color for a 944, that has to be the first I've seen in that particular color. Judging by the wheel wells condition, it's a low mileage car too.

The wurth products I use are all biodegradable, so I just wash everything down into the gutters.... Car has 49k miles, the highest mile one I own, but it was babied... I have torn it down and replaced everything mechanical soup to nuts, cosmetically it was perfection... So basically it is a new car...
