Damn previous owner was too big of a fan for the orbital. Corner of my fender is not showing primer. Do think a good shop can touch this up or will the fender need to be painted?

You must be talking about the seam in the center of the photo.....I've seen this before..luckily not on my car.....it is possible to do that with an orbital..BUT it would take a long time..probably was a ham fisted fool with a high speed...but anyway
There isn't much you can do short of repainting that fender...the good news is Guards Red is easy to match.....your not too far away from me...I could take a look at it in person to give you a better idea...I'll be at the Ledson Winery concours in Sep-Oct & Sharks at the Lake this weekend in Tahoe (but with no 928)
