Default 1987 944 Turbo - Detailed by Scott Hair / scottwax.com

I have been so pleased with Scott's work I wanted to let everyone know. If you are in the DFW area your car deserves to have him make it look its best.

I've had Scott detail and wax my car twice now since I've owned it. When I first bought the car it was fairly oxidized and the red single stage paint was dry and rough. Last year her worked on it for over 6 hours and made it look so much better. After a year it was time to have him work again. This time I think it looks even better. I'm not going to enter any concourse events anytime with it since I have some paint issues and chips that simply can't be fixed with any amount of buffing / waxing, but I am very happy with what was done.

He used Meguiars #83 with the Cyclo, #80 with the PC, Clearkote's Vanilla Moose with the PC and waxed with Meguiars #16 Paste. He went over the hood 2 times with each product since it was the most heavily oxidized and swirled.

These pictures are from his 35mm camera that he took after he finished.

FYI: I get nothing from telling you about Scott, he doesn't give me any discount for "referring" anyone. I just wanted to let people in the DFW are know about him if they didn't know and don't have time/knowledge to give their car the best finish themselves.

Scottwax is one of the best auto detailers I've come across, working by hand he was awesome-once he started using a PC and then a Cyclo even I don't have adequate words for his 1st class work

Looks great! Scottwax posts regularly on Autopia.org and shares his knowledge with everyone.

Looks great! Which one worked best on the oxidization?
