Dumb question, but does using a "cleaner-wax" like Zymoil versus just a "wax" over top of applied hand glaze happen to remove the glaze?

I would think that any type of cleaner wax will remove a hand glaze. Hand glaze is a very temporary finish unfortunately and the only way to keep it is to reapply regularly.

The Zymol Cleaner Wax is designed to be a product that removes light swirls, cleans the paint, and impart some wax. You basically clay the car, cleaner wax, and you're done. The product doesn't last as long as a traditional two-step application: polish then wax. It's good if you're lazy and don't want to spend time and $$ to maintain the car.
