I finally got the products, proper weather, and the time to do a proper job on my car. I used Zaino products this go-around.

Process was a wash, clay bar, another wash, 3 coats of the Z5 polish, and 1 coat of the Z2 show polish with QD (Z6) treatment between each coat.

The car looks quite good and the paint is smooth as glass now. Here's a pic of the hood under 1000W halogen lights.

Wow that looks great!!! Zaino makes good stuff, a bit more difficult to use than some others...but the results are great!

Thanks for the kind comments. The original condition of the paint was pretty decent, there was a bit of swirling, but nothing extreme. I was a little skeptical of the products, probably just due to my ignorance more than anything. So many product choices, I wasn't sure what to get.

Anyway, I'm happy with the results and hope that a bit of routine maintenance can keep the paint in good shape. Now for the other car...
