If it is truly brushless then NO, it won't warm or mar your paint BUT it will remove your wax.
The "cleaning" stage will either remove or weaken your wax/sealant because they get all types of vehicles thru there, from Porsches to work trucks, so they want every thing to get as clean as possible so this means heavy cleaning agents. If you buy the "deluxe" package then it also applies a wax but this is a temporary wax lasting a short time.
