New MF Towel Source

New MF Towel Source
I had recently been searching for a place to buy a good number of Micro-Fiber towels, but everywhere I looked seemed to charge way too much for a simple 16x16 MF towel..
I posted on bimmerforums awhile ago, and a member had mentioned www.fiber-works.com as a good site for quality MF towels. I had looked at one point a few months ago, but the site appeared to be down. I kinda forgot about the site until recently when I wanted to order a bunch of towels.
I ordered just about everything on their site and when I unpackaged everything, this is what I had sitting in front of me:
Pictured at the bottom is their large Waffle Weave towel (I actually found this much much more absorbent that the Cobra Waffle Weave towels I had been using from AutoGeek). Its a very nice quality towel (I love that it is silk-trimmed) and really is offerred at a great price for what you are getting. Also shown is their assortment of polishing towels, and the small pink glass MF towel. All of the towels looked to be of very high quality and turned out be better than they looked.
On the right are the Micro Fiber Wash Mitt (something new to me, but it seemed every bit as gentle as my usual SheepSkin mitt), the MF Drying Mitt(seemed like an odd concept, but I like its ability to be easily wrung out while drying, and you can get a great amount of the car dry with just this one mitt), and lastly the MF applicator pad (didnt get even slightly loaded up when I was applying my sealant, and worked far better than do the regular yellow applicator pads).
I used these towels and mitts in the detailing of my brother's audi, posted about in another thread.
If you are familiar with PakShak and their towel quality, you will know exactly what to expect out of your FiberWorks towels, with the exception of one towel. The FiberWorks Gold Buffing Towel (silk trimmed) is crazy-absorbent. I could feel my hand being really grabbed by the fibers, and it buffed off the sealant haze extremely well, without needing to be constantly refolded or ever feeling overloaded with product.
However, unlike PakShak, the pricing seems really reasonable for MF towels. They are on average $2 less than PakShak towels, and every bit as good, if not better.
Hope you guys find this useful, as I will continue to use FiberWorks when ordering MFs.

I just emailed back and forth with David at FiberWorks and he told me in order to stay competitive in the MF Towel Market he would be willing to offer Rennlist members a 12% discount. He's thinking if he can entice you to buy some of his products with a nice discount, you will be made a believer in his products.
He said to go to his site at www.fiber-works.com and at the checkout enter the code: RenLxTr7
