Default Windshield Protection Film (WPF)

I would not drive a mile without windshield protection.

Ive used Stek which was great, saved me from replacing my windshield 4x, more important I like to keep it perfect with zero tiny chips that can only be seen in certain light

I had the Xpel Windshield Protection Film (WPF) installed last year, but there were lots of tunneling defects. This time around after trying a couple of batches we ended up getting the perfect one. No defects, no distortion!

I’ve been using clearplex for 13 years now and I agree I would never go without on the Porsches. I’ll need to check out Stek as my 964 needs glass protection

I should have mentioned, Xpel is very clear, no distortion. Stek was clear, but had some distortion.

Xpel is the way to go

Thanks for sharing. Have heard of issues with distortion like you mentioned which is why I've avoided it. I'm very sensitive to things like that.

Once it becomes defect free, would like to put it on my GT3. Have the original windshield in it and while it has typical sandblasting due to how soft Porsche glass is, would like to preserve it as is.
