Default Bad water spots, just clay it?

We recently visited Bend OR and our Cayenne got a good spray from lawn sprinklers with the local water, and it must be 10% iron. Washing with a good scrub doesn't touch 'em. I think I need to clay it but I have carpal tunnel issues so I can't clay like I did 20 years ago. Any suggestions for a wash that may help? And if I do need to get physical with it, is an old school clay still the way to go?

I have some Gtechniq W9 water spot remover which is really good, and easier than claying. Not sure if you have that brand your side of the pond though.

Looks like it is available here, thanks for the tip.
