Default Help with cleaning perforated leather

My car is only a few weeks old but I'm starting to get little dirt in the perforated leather. What's the best way to clean?

I've tried the usual stuff.. Vacuum and Gyeon Leather Cleaner Natural (mild, soap dispenser stuff), tried agitating gently with a brush and then wipe off. I dont feel the brush got in well since the stuff didnt spread as well as I had hoped.. maybe I need to use more?
Plus not sure this worked well since I got a few spots but I am sure that will dry out (I hope?), but I don't feel I got the small dirt out much...

What am I missing? Feeling stupid here..
