This is my first 911 and I just picked her up 2 weeks ago. Even before I ordered the car I knew I wanted to take her to @MoeMistry at Glistening Perfection in Costa Mesa, California to get all my car care needs. Moe has specialized in Porsche's for years and there is no other company I would trust to do the PPF on my car but them. After texting and speaking to Moe we finalized everything to get my brand new 911 paint corrected, tint, PPF and exoshield applied. The whole job would take approximately 2 weeks.

I wanted to share the progress in this thread


The day I picked her up from the dealer

As soon as I dropped her off at Glistening Perfection they started to get to work starting with washing, decontaminating, clay and prepped for paint correction.

Front end detailed and lights removed

 

Once the paint was corrected the tint (Huper C30) was applied


Decided to go 30% on the sides and back. Tint was also applied to the windshield

 

With the tint finished, painted corrected of any imperfections and disassembly of parts needed to get a near seamless application it was time for PPF. The right fender was the first to be completed.
