Coat your glass with Aquapel. Then it won't matter much what windshield washer you use.

Meh. Too much work. Dash light keeps telling me reservoir is empty and I just want to fill it up. Looking for something that wont streak or leave residue. Guess I'll just go with a concentrate of some sort with distilled water.

I'm partial to the varieties with rain-x mixed in. Gives me an effective rain-x application when in use. Doesn't streak unless the wipers are bad. Also tends to come in the low temp / winter mixture of washer fluid, so I only need to stock one variety of washer fluid in the garage for any and every car I drive.

The orange Rain X stuff has caused issues with many Audi owners, clogging the washer fluid level sensor. Ever since I have just bought the generic blue stuff from Home Depot or the gas station. Home Depot is much cheaper, so I buy it by the case.

The winter formula is pretty good. Summer even better. Safe on all parts and innards. Order the winter stuff early because it sells out.

If you don't need to worry about freezing I use straight distilled water.
