Default Dirty inner wheels

I have just purchased a 2011 Carrera and want to clean up the inside of the wheels and remove 7 years of road grime. The outside of the wheels are clean and in perfect shape. Any thoughts ?
I have used Sonax which removed a lot of grime, but there seems to be discoloration/ dirt "baked" into the wheels.

I have used a 5000 grit wet sanding pad to remove some discoloration and then just polish

spray a degreasing agent, let it sit few minutes powerwash off. careful not get degreasing agent on front of wheels as can damage paint.

Or you can just compound and polish them with a microfiber cutting pad.

I used a spongy sanding pad designed for dry wall. With it I used lubricant for claying and the wheels cleaned up great. I then applied a wheel wax for some shine. I will attack again in a few months to make them perfect.

Thanks
