For waterless wash, to be able to wash without using a hose, Optimum No Rinse is the best product for that.

If you are wanting a product to wax your car, there are tons of them and it just depends how much you want to spend. If you want a sealant which will last longer than a wax, Menzerna/Jescar Powerlock is some of the best. If you are looking for a wax, then I would recommend P21S which is going to be $30-60. If you are wanting to spend more than that, you can consider looking at Swissvax which is going to run you $100-200 for a jar. I dont think that you can beat P21S though for the cost.

Many also prefer using Menzerna/Jescar Powerlock and then topping it with Collonite 845, or you can top it with P21S. That way you get the stronger bond with the paint of Powerlock and then you also get the look of the wax with Collonite 845 or P21S.
