Default Chicago - off-season tire storage?

Hello Rennlist! I'm a new 997.1 c4s owner from Chicago, and am looking to sort out my tire situation. My car is a daily driver, and I plan to drive it over the winter. I'm going to need winter tires, which means I need to do something with these Pilot Super Sports when I'm not using them. I've heard there are tire shops who will store your tires for you, but don't know which ones actually will. Can anyone recommend a good shop that does this? I'm in the city, but can drive out to the suburbs if needed. Thanks!

hBomb, welcome!

Most all the dealership offer this service. Closest to you would be Loeber Motors near Skokie. Call Jim Lewis at 888-403-9087. jlewis@loebermotors.com

Thanks much, LexVan! Loeber is indeed my closest dealer. I'll give Jim a call.

Motorwerks in Barrington does it as well.

Mike loeber's a nice guy, even donated enough for cancer lab at Lutheran General. Nice to see.

Funnily enough, Jim Lewis ended up handling my engine replacement last month (see the cylinder scoring thread over in the 997 forum) and took really great care of me. I didn't end up storing my wheels at Loeber, though.

I found a place kinda near United Center called Top Store that's holding onto them for something like $10/month. They're much closer than Barrington or Lincolnwood!
