My gf is thinking of buying a new Cayenne. We live in Chicago (Old Town), and there don't appear to be any downtown dealers. She's concerned about getting her Cayenne to the suburban dealers for service... a real hassle with traffic to and fro.

Do any of you who live downtown have advice/experience to share about this? I imagine some of the suburban dealers may offer to come pick up the vehicle for service, which would be nice.

Hi Will,

I live in the city and both my wife and I are Motorwerks people. It worth the drive. Their service is excellent and they always give you a loaner (and with our Porsche purchase a no charge loaner). You might be able to work something out for pick-up - just ask. They are really fair.
