Default Help with Dr ColorChip

Hello, I have a 2006 Lexus and bought the colorchip ... I applied it twice to an area with no result... The next time I left it on too long and it won't come off with the solution they provide. Any ideas?

Thank you
Pam

From what I've read in another thread, someone suggested trying a dual action polisher. Be careful not to apply it too hard as the paint could come off.

Thanks so much! I have a dremel and used one of the soft discs with the dr colorchip solution dripped on it, slowly but surely it's coming off.
