2004 Base Error 0654 Belt Tensioner ignition circuit
What causes an OBD2 error code entitled "0654 Belt Tensioner Ignition Circuit, driver side front?" Which seat belt component is causing the error and is it something I can fix at home?
BACKGROUND INFO
Friends, I purchased an '04 Cayenne Base, auto, V-6 that was in a driver side accident, both driver side curtain and seat air bags deployed. I replaced the curtain and seat air bags and had the Air Bag Module (located under center seat console) cleared/erased all of the accident data. However my airbag light, located on instrument panel is still illuminated. When I use my ICarsoft obd2 doggle to clear the 0654 error code and the airbag light turns back on after three seconds.
