2019 PAS Restricted
Hi everyone,
I have a 2019 Porsche Cayenne base model, and recently every time I start the car I have a light that comes on that says "PAS Restricted." I cleaned the windshield multiple times, I tried deleting all the codes, but nothing made a difference.
Does anyone have an idea what could cause this issue?
Thank you!!

A “PAS RESTRICTED” error message in a Porsche indicates that the Porsche Active Safe system has been deactivated or limited due to a potential issue. This safety feature, also known as Warn and Brake Assist, uses a radar sensor and camera to detect possible collisions and can automatically apply the brakes to reduce or avoid accidents. The error message usually means the system is not functioning at full capacity, which may be caused by external factors or by technical issues. External factors include dirty or obstructed sensors, foggy or blocked cameras, or interference from road debris, heavy rain, ice, or morning dew. Technical problems, though less common, may involve a malfunctioning sensor, a damaged component, or communication issues between the sensor, camera, and the vehicle’s computer system.
To troubleshoot, I’d recommend with checking and cleaning the radar sensor located behind the front grille or bumper, as well as ensuring the windshield and front camera are clear of dirt, frost, or obstructions. If the error remains, look for other warning messages that may indicate a related fault, consult the owner’s manual, or use an OBD-II scanner to check stored error codes. If none of these steps resolve the issue, the safest option is to take the car to a the dealership.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't have a front sensor/camera in my grill. I think the only sensors I have are in my windshield. Anyway, I scanned for codes again, and this is what came up.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Any reason you want to avoid going to the dealer?

I'm in Los Angeles. I thought of taking it to the dealership, but it's not under warranty, so I think they'll probably charge me $500 just to look at it, so I thought I'd ask here first

Any updates on this issue? I just took delivery of a CPO 2021 base YESTERDAY and it came up this morning. I don’t have ACC or any visible sensors in the grille either. The dealer is an hour away and I’m hoping for a quick easy fix at home..
