question is after getting vehicle into neutral will the wheels roll or does parking brake automatically engage when there is no power? I’m trying to roll vehicle out of garage into driveway when vehicle will not start.

 

Tow truck company got here. Even with the red manual release lever, he turned it underneath the drivers footwell area. The emergency parking brake is on. So when power is out, emergency power brake turns on. Can’t roll the car.
