Don't waste your time going to the dealer. There are products to polish the glass and remove such marks. Here is one of them.
I had the same mark on the w/s of a 958-gen Touareg for the 8 years and dozens of washes using cloth and glass cleaner. No change. It didn’t bother me.

Well, that's helpful.
Definitely have it checked out as that would annoy me, especially since it looks to be in your line of sight. You said it's a 2023, did you buy this as a CPO?

What I propose is not for cleaning the glass but for polishing it. It removes all traces of suction cups and other indelible dirt.
I had some mysterious inscriptions on my glass that were visible only when the glass was wet and no agent, including solvents, was able to remove them.
Only polishing the glass with this Sonax car glass polish definitely solved the problem.
My car is still under factory warranty until October 25 (I took delivery on oct 22)and yes it is very annoying specially in the morning on the sunrise is most visible.I try to clean with many products but it is between the glass also I do have noise insulate glass

Well, then I'd take it in and let them sort it out. If it's in between the layers, it should be a warranty item. I'd be prepared to answer the questions, "how long have you noticed it?" and, "why didn't you notify us earlier?"
Otherwise, maybe a rock will hit it on the highway.
Quick update
After taking what service manager about suction cups mark he also pointed out that windshield have waived lock that isn’t wright .So he will order new windshield and it will covered by warranty
