Today on my 23 Cayenne E-hybrid i got charging error on my Porsche app.what do you guys think about.
have you unplugged and reset the EV charger (EVSE) and tried again - could've been a power blip…I'm unconcerned about such errors unless they happen more than once - also the Porsche EVSE sucks and people that have had problems sometimes swap for a non-Porsche EVSE and never look back, or have any further issues…
also Porsche does not recommend using the 120V power supply cable…
General Precautions on (125V) Supply Cable Use
The “domestic” (125V) supply cable is provided for emergency use only, and should not be used by customers for daily home charging. Please discuss installation and use of a suitable 250V circuit with all customers.
