Default Terrible cracking sound Cayenne 2024

hello everybody.

I went to pick up my new Cayenne 2024 last week, unfortunately the car makes a noise that seems to be coming from the dashboard. The car only has 300 km on it. I called the dealer and he told me the repair shop has a 4 week wait. I waited a year for the car to be delivered and now this is the situation. I have a 2022 Panamera and a 911.2 Targa GTS and I was very disappointed with the quality of this new Cayenne.
I’m afraid that now they have to disassembly the Dashboard and New cracking sounds appears.

I have the same sound and noticed it within the first 50 miles. My problem has been is that it doesn't do it often/consistently. To me it sounds like it is coming from a trip piece around the Heads Up Display. If I reach up and put my fingers on it, it seems to stop. Do you have this option?

I don't have that option, I've tried to apply some pressure in the vents, display, etc but I can't figure it out where the sound is coming.

That sounds like my Tesla. There should be ZERO interior cracking sounds at this price point.

I gave the dealer the above video so that they knew what to look for. Got the car back today and did not hear the sound once on the way home. @TiagoGutierres They replaced the passenger sun visor. Try putting holding them to see if your noise stops. I'll follow up when I have driven more as to if the sound is gone or not.

Mine is crazy on that one. I'm going to get mine checked on the beginning of September. It's exactly the same noise and it's driving me nuts.

it wasn't the visor. Drove more today and the one way I have found to really kick it off is driving on the bots dots between traffic lanes
