Love this thing. VAG is the king of the auto industry. The Tourbillon is simply the most recent example.

I love their CEO. He's only 36, and his company now co-owns Bugatti in conjunction with Porsche. He is a true petrolhead and watch that video to see the details he goes into and the passion he has for cars. The interior is to die for in this car and really innovative and amazingly, no touch screens or digital screens at all.

I remember when the Veyron first came out read an article on the maintenance costs. Holy $$$$$hit!!! LOL. The cost of the car is not problematic it's owning it!

I know, the maintenance each year is apparently between $30-50K! The tyres alone cost a fortune as they were special bespoke ones just for the Veyron.

I heard a dealer talking about how ridiculous it is. He had a Veyron and had it in with Bugatti for a service and the driver's door mirror had a bit of play in it and he asked Bugatti to fix it. They came back to him with a quote saying it needed a new "switch", and the cost for the new part and to change it was $10K. He refused and asked a motorsport mechanic, really experienced, to look at it. The mechanic came back to him and said he had done the job, but he said the switch needed, only came in a pack of 5...The dealer thought oh god....how much is 5 going to be???

And the price per switch was 89 cents....They were just standard VW parts, same part number, no difference and the parts were used for all VW vehicles. The mechanic had the job done in 20 mins and told the dealer he owed him a beer in payment.

These manufacturers do take the p**s too often.

For those who have their cash tied up the payments would only be $75,000 a month.

That car looks like the automotive equivalent of a pig. Hard pass on the car and price.

I don’t even know what it costs. Doesn’t matter. It could be $25,000 and I’d still pass due to the styling.

It doesn’t appeal to me in much the same way a Cybertruck doesn’t appeal to me, although the Bugatti is at least artistic looking and wouldn’t provoke fits of derisive laughter in the same way the CT does.

But each to their own and beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that stuff. One of my closest friends hates how 911s look. I find them beautiful.

Choice is a wonderful thing and nobody should GAF what anybody else thinks about their car. I sure don’t.

Well, it seems that Europeans have different tastes than Americans. But there is no accounting for tastes
However, since this car will cost over $4.0 million as a base, its appearance should not be a problem for most of us and we will not have to be ashamed of this appearance in front of our neighbors.
