I had a 2016S that had the transfer case replaced under warranty and I also later received a letter from PCNA advising me of the warranty extension, so at least for me I did not experience any type of coverup.

I do not have a LiFePO4 battery however from what I have read here, Porsche absolutely needs to step up and provide a solution under warranty. Considering the prices Porsche charges for their cars, their response to these types of problems is beyond disappointing.

That is why we got rid of our 2013 turbo. We were on our 3rd replacement. No fun.
