Not sure what market you're in, but even if it's certified pre-owned at a Porsche dealer it may be high, even adding a bit over private party for dealer retail (I know CPO program doesn't usually cover vehicles with high mileage).
Things to consider: regular maintenance history, all typical issues been addressed or future-proofed, new tires, recalls, etc.
Get a pre-purchase inspection from an objective & reputable shop.

I see, thank you for the info. For clarification I’m going to trade cars. I have a 2019 v3 Range Rover velar with 35,000km, let’s say in US market how much do you think I should offer him?

Really need to do your homework, or it can result in a very expensive lesson.
There are good market estimation tools - I used KBB.com, but there are many out there. They are fed with data from real-world sales, but do not account for the condition and history of the exact car you're looking at, similar for the vehicle you're trading in.
Market demand and other economic pressures also come to play - you won't know how much the dealer has into the vehicle - they could have just gotten it and trying to turn a quick profit, or they could have completely refurbished it, or somewhere in-between.
The used car market is rapidly correcting right now, so they may be over their head in the car they are selling, and the value of your trade may not be as high as you would like - get your numbers and data beforehand, so you can be prepared for the negotiations.
There are some really good youtube videos on negotiating the price for your used car, if that helps, too.
