I've got it installed two days ago from Porsche Silverstone in the UK for nearly the same price, I don't remember the exact price since it was included in my CPO contract.

Note that the price might change depending on the trim level and exhaust related options. If you have the sports tailpipes already fitted, it should reduce the price. Also, since the valve system is already implemented in the Turbo S and Turbo S E-Hybrid, the price for the entire system should be lower.

You can find the prices in the Porsche Tequipment.

PS: Should do? I wouldn't live without that, honestly. I'm still trying to understand why would someone order an 680bhp car to use it in 70mph roads if there is no sound. Salesmen in Porsche would tell you it already has some sound. Trust me, it's nowhere near PSE. Also, when you have the PSE fitted, you can look for a valve controller to get more sound since it won't open the valves when the vehicle is stationary (epic!).

Valve control KUFATEC Exhaust Pro for Porsche Cayenne 9YA / 9YB APP control
500 euros + install I guess. There might be some savings in there.

Some people like to walk softly and carry a big ("Turbo") stick!

Has anyone got a quote including installation? One tried to rip me off by asking 500 quid for the installation. Seems like an hour of labour in Youtube, bonkers.

Either KUFATEC or Cargraphic is fine.

Going to travel to Germany next week, can do it there too, open to suggestions.

Kufatec solution doesn't change or amplify the exhaust sound. It only gives you the ability to independently control the exhaust flaps, regardless of the selected driving mode.
