I think you have already found your answer. The market for aftermarket fog lights has largely dried up. Some of the remaining better ones with good optics are advertised as being for vintage vehicles.

I've installed front and rear fog lights on numerous vehicles but the last time I installed front fog lights was in 1986 on a 1986 Honda Accord. All vehicles we've bought since then have had factory installed front fog lights some of which were integrated into the headlight units or bodywork or an adverse weather function integrated into the headlights.

There was an article in the NY Times in 2017 about front fog lights being discontinued. You should be able to find it if you have a subscription. Here's a snippet.
