Default Cayenne s 2024 msrp

I specc'ed out a decent 24 Cayenne S coupe and it came out to 134K!!! Am I the only one thinking this is bananas for a "S" trim ...
especially with interest ratestoday a lease or finance would be bonkers.

Yah gotta pay to play.

Head over to the 992 forum. We all "pay cash" there.

Maybe look at lightly used CPO Cayennes, if that is more budget friendly.

That’s close to what my 22 GTS listed for. It has pdcc and ras. The local dealer has an S their site for 141. They don’t show the options. Guess Porsche wasn’t kidding when they stated they are raising prices. It’s a great vehicle and difficult to find a better SUV in my opinion.

I live overseas, and over here a base Cayenne cost the same as a base X5/X6, and people would still buy the bimmers! I built a Cayenne S in our local Porsche configurator and it was $5k cheaper than a similarly equipped 2024 X6 M60i

IMO, "Value" perspective differs from one person to another

At that price point I would seriously consider a CPO GTS or TT, avoiding the initial depreciation.

This…2024 X5 M60i

was $102,395 MSRP and a similarly spec'd S was $130k. Ordered 7/1. Delivered 8/22. Happy with my decision.

The good thing about custom ordering is that buyers can control the final price of their potential vehicles.

If you are tight on the budget, order the base Coupe S for $102K+taxes/misc/others. If you are adventurous, you can option the vehicle to the roof and prepare to pay for the sky is the limit.

After all, it is a PORSCHE.

I was looking at the 2024 Cayenne S but I just can't justify the MSRP. Like yours, my build was coming out to $135-140k and even that felt like I was holding back a bit with some selections.

A few year old turbo seems like a much better bang for your buck right now. I'm finding some ~2020 $160-170k msrp turbos CPO'd and priced sub $100k with reasonable miles on them.

If you want it custom to your liking, you gotta pay to play.

At least the '24 Cayenne S is a TT V8 with more HP than the '23 GTS if that makes you feel any better

I feel like Porsche definitely used the '24 refresh as an excuse to really juice the pricing and move the price / value point from bad to REALLY bad.

Hmm as someone above said......with the S, it is comparable to pre-refresh GTS prices. From that perspective, there is "value," considering you are getting the V8, more standard features, more power.
