Default Issues with 2020 GTS

Hello all,
My wife recently purchased a 2020 Cayenne GTS and while checking the features on the PCM I noticed that the tires had winter tires selected instead of summer. I updated it and went for a ride so the TPMS could reset but ended up with an error. Tried several selections but keep getting the same error message. This ain’t rocket science and I’m totally lost. My wife took it to the stealership and they told her the wrong tires were selected and they have selected the correct one and she should be all set. Being naive she left and the same message popped up. Any ideas on how to rectify?
Another issue is that the driver side seatbelt latch button (red) is getting stuck and have to forecebly push it down to release the belt. They told her that it is a fast car and it’s as expected. (Say what!). She said what happens if I’m in a crash and can’t release and they just said it’s normal. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Car is under warranty so assumed they would be a bit more diligent in checking it out.

Thanks in advance

What's the error message.. The TPMS has a couple of bugs, at least on the 2019 CTT.

The dealership should be able to diagnose and fix the TPMS issue. As for the seatbelt latch, if the driver’s side doesn’t release with a normal press, check the other seat positions and point it out?

Found the following TPMS Porsche Service Bulletin.. Maybe it can be of help..

Below is the preview of the TPMS bulletin:

Information:

CRITICAL WARNING:

As of 2020 upto 2022 718Cayman/Boxster(982) 911(992) Panamera(971) Taycan(Y1A/Y1B) Macan(95B) Cayenne(9YA/9YB)

Wheel electronics for the Tire Pressure Monitoring system(TPMS).

There is a possibility that the wheel rotation direction will not be detected on the affected vehicles due to incorrectly calibrated processors in the wheel electronics for the Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS) system.

In this case, the wheel position is not recognized by the control unit for the Tire Pressure Monitoring system and the message 'Fault monitoring tire pressure– Service necessary' is displayed in the instrument cluster.

This can particularly occur after a wheel change or after selecting wheels manually using the instrument cluster.

Action required: Depending on which campaign scope is assigned to the vehicle, replace the individually affected wheel electronics unit or units for the Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS) system.

I'd say it's time to visit another dealership.

Thank you everyone for the information. I’m ready to throw the bulletin in their faces. Waiting on the ‘manager’ to call me.
Going to go to another dealership which is a bit far away but hoping for better service.

Thank you again.
