Sorry for any confusion on this. I believe it stands for On-Board Particulate Filter that is used to filter small particles in the exhaust and is required in Euro-spec vehicles. In the past the OPF was not installed in US spec Porsches, however, not sure if it is installed in the US-Spec 2024 Cayennes.

Otto Particulate Filter. Mandatory in EU to reduce emissions of harmful pollutants. Don’t know if it is yet required in North America. Even if it is not, I don’t know if Porsche would leave it on or not for the N.A. market.
