My balance on my speakers work fine when not using car play . If I use car play apps for music Sirius , pandora, Amazon, etc the left side speaker only have 20-30% of volume of right side .
I would like to know if anyone has had this problem and possible fixes

Try this: On your iPhone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance.

Make sure your balance slider is centered as shown below. I suspect yours may be skewed to the right.

I just did a test with my slider intentionally moved off center. Although the balance wasn’t detectable listening to the iPhone’s speakers, it caused a definite sound imbalance with the Cayenne’s CarPlay and Bluetooth audio.
