Tire pressure
**Pay no attention to the deviation readings**
Use a good tire gauge to accurately set your tire pressures, then note the TPMS pressure only for reference. (Be sure to inflate your tires when they are cold and not sitting in the sun.) Note that the Connect app is showing the pressure readings from after you drove it — those are hot tire pressures and not accurate. Besides, page 303 of my manual states, “The actual pressures are displayed for information purposes only. The tire pressures change according to the temperature. Never change the tire pressures on the basis of this display.”
Your e-Hybrid 19”, 20”, or 21” Part Load pressures should be 38 / 39 psi. If you have comfort pressure selected, use 35 / 36 psi. (Front / Rear).

Here’s a good article and review of tire pressure gauges:

Don’t try and correct to 68°F either. If your target pressure is 38 psi and the OAT is 0°F, inflate it to 38 psi as indicated on your tire pressure gauge. Same goes for when it’s 100°F; set 38 psi.
Ideally, you should inflate your tires when they are the same as outside air temperature. If you inflate them in a warm garage on a cold day, use the 1 psi per 10°F rule. For example, with a 70° garage on a 30° day, over-inflate each tire by 4 psi. They’ll reduce to the correct pressure once they get cold.

You didn’t say where you live. If you live above sea level, the TPMS will not be accurate. If you live in Denver, your TPMS will display 2.5 psi lower than actual. In Vail, the error is 4 psi. If you use your TPMS readings to inflate your tires, they will always be over-inflated. All the gory details in this thread:
