Default TPMS not registering?

Hi, I recently had my snow wheels/tires put on (3rd season). TPMS batteries are all good per shop and the wheels registered in the past. Now, I've tried multiple times and can't get the sensors to pickup. Anyone else have this issue? I'm assuming it should be a simple fix but potentially infuriating without the right knowledge?

thank you!

A.

Are you getting a message that says your Cayenne is in TPMS learning mode? I forgot what the message said. I drove about 4 miles at highway speeds before my winter wheel TPMS registered a few weeks ago. It's my first winter with this Cayenne.

No, it goes into TPMS Error after going through the learning mode. I can force it to go back into re-learn mode but it keeps going back to Error.

I am having exactly the same issue with our 2023 Platinum Hybrid. I can force TPMS to learn, but I end up getting an error. Sounds like it may have to go to the dealer, which really is a pain.

I had the same issue. Go to the TPMS menu (steering wheel button) and select winter tires, and drive for a few miles. That seems to reset everything.
