Just noticed the same thing on my 2023 Cayenne dash both left and right sides, not easy spots to access so will take it back to the dealer for them to fix. Dealer quality here is not great sadly, fingers crossed.

Please let us know if there is any pushback from the dealer to replace.
Same thing on mine. Leather coming up at either side of front center vent. My dealer told me Porsche will replace the vent under factory warranty, but not under CPO. That doesn't mean yours won't cover it. Also, if they don't, these can be repaired.
I was told by the dealer that cars under “extended warranty” can easily have it replaced at no cost and no headache if it is on the driver side. If its on passenger side it depends how bad it is. Needs to be a large affected area on passenger side to have it replaced under extended warranty.
Update: After initial rejection I pushed hard and they relented and fixed the dash issue. A few days later I noticed he same issue existed in the leather on the passenger seat backside, when I raised that to them they rejected it twice saying this is cosmetic and not covered. Pretty disappointed in the quality control and service, but I like the car overall so we'll see...
I tried to get my dash fixed by my local dealer and they said I’m not covered under CPO warranty. I guess I will try to fix it myself as is not that big of a bubble.
Makes me think twice about buying another Porsche under CPO.

Or think twice about buying another Porsche with a leather dash. My Porsche salesman recommended against getting a leather dash on a vehicle that's going to be a daily driver or kept very long when I spec'ed a Panamera Sport Turismo in 2022. His opinion was that leather dashboards were best reserved for "garage queens" such as a 911 driven occasionally. That and some of his other recommendations seemed odd at the time since they were essentially reducing dealer profit and his own commission but I later realized and valued how he put customers first.

Reason: grammar
The dash in my 2021 Turbo S Hybrid was as loose as a wh00e on dollar day. Porsche NA agreed to replace it at no cost just days before warranty ended. Prior to having it replaced I had the windshield tinted with the highest quality tint I could find. Added an additional tinted top visor to boot. That with the use of a screen I hope to never have a puddled leather dash again.
I believe Porsche treats the extended CPO warranty period slightly differently than the original warranty time period for some things. We got burned on something in the past like this where a "cosmetic" issue was not covered. We did have our dash replaced on our 9Y0 for this problem under the regular warranty period and it seems germane to the E3 Cayenne - not the preceding 958 (which ironically had a more curvaceous dash around the vents and yet the glue held perfectly). Also unlike Ferrari the leather dashes for Porsche generally hold up and there's also at least enough material to re-glue if needed. The 991/981 leather dashes don't come unglued so the statement about avoiding leather for Porsche is a little over-precautious. Lastly the 9Y0 failure seems to occur early. At first sign of delamination it is worth bringing in to at least hammer them with the knowledge this is happening.
I’ve always felt the CPO premium is a rip off. Buy a well-maintained (documented) car and DIY most projects. Save tons of money. With YouTube and forums, someone has always experienced what you may.
