Default Lost tires

Hi everyone, so little update. When we got our 2022 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid, due to delays it was around Christmas 2021. The weather here in Edmonton requires snow tires, which we had from our previous base Cayenne. So I book a swap only to show up and the SA informs me that he cannot find our 22 inch brand new rims and tires. Its been about a week and they 'think' they've found them as it was tagged under another VIN. Has anyone else ever experienced this, what are my options if they are lost? We def. don't want to continue driving our winters.....

They lost them, they are responsible to give you a new summer oem set and also make them responsible for your excess wears on your winter tires as well

what would be a fair 'excess wear' charge?

I don’t see that as a fair deal and they probably won’t either. Maybe it should be the other way since you have wear on your old tires and will get new ones with no wear.

I bet you were happy to have the snow tires on last week!

They should certainly replace them if they can't find them. The shop isn't even that big, start digging boys.
