Weird auto window behaviour

Not normal. Try retraining your window. If that doesn't work, then the pressure sensor (or whatever they call the pinch protection) needs some help.
I don't see it in the manual but historically, this is how you retrain/reset a window:
- Get in and close the door
- Push and hold the window button down until the window is fully open, and keep holding the button down for 10 seconds.
- Release button.
- Lift the window button up until the window is fully closed, and keep holding the button up for 10 seconds.
- Release button.
You may also want to read your manual (in the Window section) on the "two-stage function" and see if that's coming into play.
