Default How to reset digital clock (daylight savings)

The manual doesn't address how to adjust the clock in the instrument cluster (digital) for the one hour time change. I must not have found the correct settings area.

Thanks!

Hi Bill. I suspect this may be an easy fix:

1. Go to CAR | CONTROL | SYSTEM (Fig.1) Alternatively, you can go to SET | SYSTEM SETTINGS (Fig. 2) NOTE: Both methods will lead you to the display in Figure 3.
2. Select Date and time. (Fig. 3)
3. Ensure Automatic time sync is checked. (Fig. 4)
4. After checking this box, ensure your car has a good GPS signal (i.e. not parked in underground garage) and that should fix it.

Let me know how this works out. Good luck!

Wondering if your clock will automatically adjust to Standard time? Time settings are buried deep in the menus, as posted above. I found an easier way.

Simply tap the time display in the header; a drop down menu appears. Tap Time Settings and the Date and Time page appears. Ensure the Automatic Time Sync box is checked and you’re all set.

Bonus find — You can choose to display either the time or the temperature in the header.

Lest some folks feel left out, here’s how to set your PCM6 clock to automatically Spring Forward.

You could dig through the PCM menus or use this handy shortcut:

Tap the clock in the upper right corner:

This takes you to a hidden Time and Temperature menu where you can select either Display Time (Default) or Display Temperature in the upper right corner.

Tap Time Settings

In the Date and Time page, check the box as depicted.

If / when you are receiving a good GPS signal, the time will update immediately.

The morning the day light saving time started, I went to my garage trying to figure out how to adjust the clock. I clicked the system setting and time on the right upper corner of the PCM and there was not an option for adjusting time. While I was wondering, I see the time was changed automatically after I turn on the car. Amazing. So convenient. When passing provincial border with time change, I noticed that the car changes its time automatically.

It’s nice to have the time use GPS. The 2016 I had to manually adjust for daylight changes and time zone. Driving from FL to AZ the 2022 was always on the current time zone. Changed much quicker than the Apple phones did.
